Refund policy

Return Policy

You have the right to return items within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must not be returned without prior approval. Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as cosmetics or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us in advance.

Returns for Sets / Bundles

For discounted sets or bundles (e.g., tracksuit sets), the following conditions apply:

The full set can be returned for a full refund of the set price.
If individual items from a discounted set are returned, the set discount becomes invalid.
The item(s) kept will be charged at their regular individual price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Example:
Set price: €149.99
Individual prices: €89.99 each
If only the pants are returned, the hoodie will be charged at its standard price (€89.99).
Refund amount: €149.99 – €89.99 = €60.00.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers (Widerrufsrecht)

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

You may notify us by sending a clear statement (e.g., via email) declaring your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

You must return the goods to the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Rückgaberichtlinie / Widerrufsrecht

Rückgabe innerhalb von 14 Tagen

Sie haben das Recht, Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzugeben.

Voraussetzung für eine Rückgabe ist, dass sich der Artikel in demselben Zustand befindet, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben – ungetragen bzw. unbenutzt, mit Etiketten und in der Originalverpackung. Bitte legen Sie den Kaufbeleg oder einen anderen Nachweis bei.

Rücksendungen dürfen nicht ohne vorherige Genehmigung erfolgen. Der Kunde ist für die Organisation und die Kosten des Rückversands selbst verantwortlich.

Schäden und Reklamationen

Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung nach Erhalt und kontaktieren Sie uns sofort, wenn der Artikel beschädigt, defekt oder falsch geliefert wurde, damit wir das Problem prüfen und beheben können.

Ausnahmen / Nicht rückgabefähige Artikel

Folgende Artikel sind von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen:

Verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Blumen, Pflanzen)
Sonderanfertigungen oder personalisierte Produkte
Hygiene- und Kosmetikartikel
Gefahrgut, brennbare Flüssigkeiten oder Gase

Außerdem akzeptieren wir keine Rückgaben von Geschenkkarten.

Wenn Sie unsicher sind, ob Ihr Artikel rückgabefähig ist, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte im Vorfeld.

Rückgabe von Sets / Bundles

Für rabattierte Sets oder Bundle-Angebote (z. B. Tracksuit-Sets) gelten folgende Bedingungen:

Das vollständige Set kann zurückgegeben werden und wird zum Setpreis erstattet.
Werden einzelne Teile eines rabattierten Sets retourniert, verfällt der Set-Rabatt.
Der behaltene Artikel wird zum regulären Einzelpreis berechnet und die Erstattung entsprechend angepasst.

Beispiel:
Setpreis: 149,99 €
Einzelpreise: je 89,99 €
Wird nur die Hose retourniert, wird der Hoodie zum regulären Einzelpreis berechnet (89,99 €).
Erstattung: 149,99 € – 89,99 € = 60,00 €.

Umtausch

Falls Sie einen Artikel umtauschen möchten, senden Sie ihn bitte zurück und geben nach Annahme der Rückgabe eine neue Bestellung auf.

Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher in der EU

Wenn Ihre Bestellung in ein Land der Europäischen Union geliefert wird, haben Sie das Recht, diesen Vertrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht Beförderer ist, die Ware erhalten haben.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie Ihre Mitteilung vor Ablauf der Frist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie den Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle erhaltenen Zahlungen, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme zusätzlicher Kosten bei abweichender Versandart), innerhalb von 14 Tagen, nachdem wir über Ihren Widerruf informiert wurden.

Die Rückzahlung erfolgt mit derselben Zahlungsmethode wie beim ursprünglichen Kauf, es sei denn, es wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart. Für diese Rückzahlung fallen keine Gebühren an.

Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Ware zurückerhalten haben.

Sie müssen die Ware an die oben genannte Adresse innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Abgabe Ihrer Widerrufserklärung zurücksenden.

Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung.

Für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Ware müssen Sie nur aufkommen, wenn dieser auf einen nicht notwendigen Umgang mit der Ware zurückzuführen ist.
